SHIPPING POLICY
At Cheapman Tools, we want to exceed your expectations by ensuring unmatched customer service with a superior product.
Cheapman Tools ships daily Monday to Friday anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping may incur additional shipping charges, duties, and taxes. Please email us if you would like a price quote for international shipping.
Express delivery is available upon request. You will be contacted with additional shipping charges. We will not ship your order until you have approved your order.
Orders are processed and your selections are shipped within 7 business days of ordering. We will pay return shipping for damaged or wrongly shipped merchandise. The customer is responsible if the product is no longer desired 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cheapman Tools ensures your product is shipped in pristine condition. Your product will be cleaned & sanitized. If commercial sharpening and polishing is added to your order, that will be done as well.
After 48 hours of delivery, ALL SALES FINAL! There is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE after that time!!
